Human Resource Generalist
About the Role
The Human Resource Generalist will support a broad range of HR functions, with a strong emphasis on recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and HR administration. Working closely with HR leadership, this role helps attract top talent, maintain accurate employee records, coordinate hiring activities, and contribute to a positive employee experience across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day human resources operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Carefully coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and hiring support.
- Prepare offer letters, onboarding documentation, and new hire paperwork.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS.
- Process background checks and employment verification documentation.
- Aid with benefits administration and payroll-related activities.
- Support employee transfers, promotions, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and employment regulations.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on projects, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- Ace or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of Human Resources experience.
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred.
- Experience supporting onboarding and HR administrative functions.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
- Bilingual Spanish skills are an advantage but not required.
