Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records from hire through termination within UKG Pro, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Provide timely reporting, employment letters, and responses to information requests.
- Support employee surveys, analytics, and reporting initiatives.
- Partner with HR leadership on employee changes, performance processes, employee inquiries, and exit activities.
- Aid in policy implementation, education, and updates based on employment law changes.
- Lead employee engagement activities and programs that continuously improve the employee experience and support organizational culture goals.
- Follow established SOPs while contributing to process improvements and special projects that elevate the employee’s experience.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
Benefits, Wellness & Rewards
- Administer medical, life, disability, and wellness programs, including enrollments, billing, terminations, and compliance with plan provisions.
- Support and educate employees on retirement and savings programs, including 401(k) plans.
- Deliver new hire orientation and ongoing benefits education using UKG Pro and other communication tools.
- Develop and maintain clear employee communications, educational materials, and process documentation.
- Manage employee programs, perks, subsidies, recognition, and service awards with a focus on continuous enhancement.
- Support compensation reporting, documentation, and analysis as needed.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Strong commitment to employee education, clear communication, and delivering timely, high-quality HR support.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret HR data, reports, trends, and cost drivers.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills; able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound judgment, strong problem-solving abilities, and confidence making informed decisions.
- Adaptable, quick learner who collaborates well in cross-functional and evolving environments.
- Proven professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams; advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Comfortable working independently amid frequent interruptions and competing priorities.
- Prior HR experience with exposure to total rewards, benefits administration, or employee experience initiatives.
- Experience with HRIS systems and a strong interest in leveraging technology to improve processes and efficiency.
