Responsibilities
- Processes new hire paperwork, background checks, coordinates drug screens and completes the I9/E-Verify.
- Captures status changes, term paperwork, promotions, and all other changes and ensures all appropriate approvals are obtained before processing in the HRIS.
- Maintains licensure and certification reports to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory standards.
- Processes evaluations and keeps personnel records updated.
- Affords assistance with hospital recognition programs and addresses general Human Resources inquiries from employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of Human Resources related experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills required.
- Strong computer and data entry skills required.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
