Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a closely related administrative role with sensitive data
- Must have employee onboarding experience
- Must have experience with EMEA Compliance and be familiar with those types of documents
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Strong written communication — clear, concise, professional tone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
Qualifications
- Some college coursework completed; equivalent experience considered in lieu of formal education
