The HR Coordinator will support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities at Our Town Studios, a rapidly growing organization in Columbus, Ohio. Since opening in 2022, the company has expanded its services to provide residential and community-based support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HR systems including Paycor and Advisor
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee support
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Handle day-to-day HR operations
