About the role

As an HR Business Partner in Distribution and Receive Centers, you will be a key strategic partner for leadership and a valuable resource for team members. Your responsibilities include:

Requirements

Requirements for this role include:

• A four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, or training and development
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations at varying levels of the organization
• Reasoning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Basic knowledge in word processing, spreadsheets, and computer systems

Pay

The pay range for this role is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00. Additional compensation may include a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.
