Beauvais Center is a 184-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in a STL, MO. Excellence is our goal and good outcomes are our daily measures of progress. • Day-to-day payroll duties and functions.
• Ensuring all necessary onboarding documents & orientation for new employees.
• Manage all aspects of time clock and payroll processing through the facility established system.
• Help with all hiring & recruiting needs, Complete reference checks and arrange interviews for qualified applicants for positions to be filled.
• Complete necessary benefit information for employees during the termination process.

Qualifications

• Minimum One (1) year HR/ Payroll experience in healthcare or similar services industry.
• Computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• A friendly, outgoing personality.
