About the role
We are seeking a part-time HR Generalist / People Partner Contractor to join our dynamic team. This role will provide administrative support and collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage employee benefits administration
- Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate training programs and events
- Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
