Part Time HR Generalist
About the role
Support Associate Experience: Serve as a key point of contact for employees, fostering positive relationships and engagement.
Drive HR Programs: Assist across core HR functions including performance management, talent management, and learning & development.
Promote Culture & DEI: Support initiatives that strengthen company culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Advise & Coach: Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and development.
Analyze & Improve: Review HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements to programs and processes.
Ensure Compliance: Support HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with federal, state, and local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Support employee relations, including handling inquiries, concerns, and workplace issues.
- Aid in performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations.
- Contribute to talent management initiatives, including engagement and retention efforts.
- Support compensation and benefits administration, including analysis and program coordination.
- Assist in training and development programs and HR system (HCM) support.
- Participate in talent acquisition and onboarding activities as needed.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and the associate handbook.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Experience: 5-10 years of prior experience in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborator: Ability to build relationships and work effectively across teams.
- Adaptable: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a broad range of HR responsibilities.
- Nice to have: Manufacturing environment experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
