Human-Centered Design Architect

Engagement details

Estimated duration is 9 months with possible extensions. Work setting is 100% on-site at the client's location. No telecommuting or remote work is allowed.

Required qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience in digital strategy, user experience, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Human-Centered Design methods such as design thinking, experience blueprinting, and insight synthesis.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across business units and IT stakeholders.
• Availability to work 100% on-site in Juno Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Conduct benchmarking, usability testing, and user behavior analysis to inform design decisions.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research and build personas and journey maps.
• Identify challenges with root cause analysis and propose experience improvements.
• Collaborate on experience blueprinting and value modeling to improve solution impact.
• Synthesize insights, present findings, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Support discovery and research phases and partner report-outs to drive strategic vision.
• Align application strategy with Experience Architecture and cross-functional teams.
