The Opportunity

You’ll analyze challenges, design solutions, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience. From analyzing workforce data to advising on sensitive HR issues, you’ll be the trusted partner who ensures operations run smoothly and strategically. You Have

  • 1+ years of experience working in a professional environment, including human resources
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of HR administration and management principles and practices
  • Ability to analyze problems, conduct research, and evaluate options for action
  • Ability to create a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have

  • Experience in the DoD or Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Ability to present and explain findings to teammates and leadership teams
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and timelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary Range

The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD).
