We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, there is introductory paragraph about OEBS. That could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is a heading for description of role. The posting includes "What You Will Do" and then list of duties. So we can have

About the role

with prose summarizing? But we must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. We can include the paragraph under About the role as prose, then responsibilities as
  • . However we must not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections: About the role (maybe from first paragraph and "What You Will Do" intro?), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (minimum qualifications options), Qualifications (maybe preferred qualifications?), Skills (technical and professional skills), Pay (pay info), Schedule (schedule info). Benefits? Not mentioned. So we omit Benefits. We must not include headings with filler. Ensure we have real content. Let's extract content. Intro: "Office of Employee and Business Services The Office of Employee and Business Services (OEBS) provides customer service and operational support to ODJFS through five bureaus: Business Services, Civil Rights and Labor Relations, Human Resources, Multimedia Services, and Training and Educational Services. OEBS customers include all ODJFS employees, clients, service providers, county agencies, and the public. Learn more about the office by visiting the ODJFS OEBS webpage." That's about the office, not necessarily role. Could be "About the role" but it's about office. Might be okay as About the role? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can put that under About the role. Then "What You Will Do The Human Capital Management (HCM) Senior Analyst in the Bureau of Human Resources helps build a strong, capable workforce by supporting thoughtful, well‑structured recruitment and hiring practices. In this role, the selected candidate will partner closely with assigned offices to understand staffing needs, guide hiring decisions, and manage the full recruitment process—from job analysis and assessment development to posting, screening and selection. By using effective approaches to connect with qualified candidates at all career levels, this position directly supports ODJFS’s Guiding Principles and contributes to the agency’s ability to provide high‑quality services to Ohioans." That's also role description. Could combine with above. Then "Job duties include:" followed by list. We'll put responsibilities as list. Then "Schedule: Full-time. Hours: Standard workdays are Monday through Friday. Hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Location: James A. Rhodes State Officer Tower - 30 E. Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43215. Travel: Occasional travel within the state of Ohio as need. Position Numbers: This reposting includes two vacancies (PN 20037676 and PN 20046409). Please submit only one application for consideration. Previous applicants must reapply to be considered." We need Schedule section: include schedule info (Full-time, hours). Location maybe not needed but could be part of schedule? Probably schedule only. We'll include schedule info. Pay section: detailed pay info. Requirements: minimum qualifications options (Option 1-4). We'll list as
    • . Qualifications: preferred qualifications (list). Could be under Qualifications. Skills: Technical Skills and Professional Skills listed. We'll combine under Skills. We must not include boilerplate like "Tips For Your Application", "Organization Job & Family Services Agency Contact Name and Information", "Unposting Date", "Work Location", "Primary Location", "Classified Indicator", "Union Exempt from Union", "Agency Overview", "Who We Are", "Guiding Principles". Also remove application instructions. We must preserve all substantive information: we need to keep the list of duties, minimum qualifications options, preferred qualifications, technical skills, professional skills, pay table, schedule. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the pay table as is? Could present as
or ? The instruction says use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. For pay table, it's not a list but a table. Could we keep as

with the table? Probably we can keep as

containing the table? But we cannot add new tags not specified? The instruction only restricts use of

          • for lists and

for prose. It doesn't forbid other tags like . But to be safe, we could represent pay info as

with the details in sentences. However we must preserve all substantive information; we could keep the table as or just as text. Safer to keep as

with the table content as plain text. We'll output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

            About the role

Office of Employee and Business Services (OEBS) provides customer service and operational support to ODJFS through five bureaus: Business Services, Civil Rights and Labor Relations, Human Resources, Multimedia Services, and Training and Educational Services. Pay

This position is in the State of Ohio’s E1 Pay Schedule, Pay Range 12. These ranges provide a standardized pathway for pay increases. With continued employment, new hires move to the next step in the range after 6 months and annually thereafter. Cost of Living Adjustments increase wages in these ranges each fiscal year. The current step progression wages are:

StepHourlyAnnual 1$33.32$69,306 2$35.21$73,237 3$37.09$77,147 4$39.14$81,411 5$41.31$85,925 6$43.57$90,626 7$45.35$94,328 8$47.47$98,738 But we used which may be okay. The instruction didn't forbid tables. It only said use
            • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. It didn't say we cannot use other tags. So table is fine.
