Human Capital Management Benefits Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze current and proposed benefit plans to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop and implement new benefit programs.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership on the status and impact of benefits initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and legislative changes affecting employee benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in benefits administration or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of major health insurance plans, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
• Experience with benefit plan design and implementation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.

Skills

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

$75,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience.

Schedule
