About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze current and proposed benefit plans to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop and implement new benefit programs.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership on the status and impact of benefits initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and legislative changes affecting employee benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in benefits administration or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of major health insurance plans, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Experience with benefit plan design and implementation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

$75,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
