Hubbell Rotation Program - Sales/Marketing
About the Program
The Hubbell Rotation Program (HRP) is a 3-year development initiative for new college graduates, offering accelerated exposure across various business functions. The program requires relocation to three Hubbell facilities, primarily within the United States. Participants report to the Campus Program Manager but receive day-to-day assignments from location management.
Potential Rotations
- Sales
- Project management of strategic commercial growth initiatives
- Travel up to 25% if in a sales rotation
- Prepare sales and financial reports for leadership
- Participate in master agreement creation
- Involvement in the Rep Agency Performance Process
- Marketing
- Support development and implementation of marketing, business development, and public relations plans
- Opportunities in E-commerce, product/project management, industrial design, or graphic design support
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align annual and quarterly calendars
- Review current marketing programs and recommend improvements
- Corporate Marketing, Pricing, Quotes, Vertical Markets, Sales Support, Customer Service, Data Centers, Product Management, Territory Sales, Commercial Excellence
Daily Responsibilities
- Customer programming and sales productivity
- Miscellaneous project management
- Salesforce reporting
- Sales and financial reporting
- Problem-solving and proposing alternative solutions
- Understanding profit & loss balance sheets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, pursuing a role in sales and/or marketing
- Willingness to relocate multiple times during the program (final placement based on individual interest)
- Strong Microsoft Office, email, and PC application skills
