Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation and execution of the restaurant's live lobster event during July through March.
• Handle reservations and assist guests with their dining experiences.
• Participate in maintaining the restaurant's serene and elegant ambiance.

Requirements

• Proficiency in culinary arts and knowledge of local and international cuisines.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
