Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide range of seafood dishes using traditional and modern techniques.
• Manage the kitchen staff and ensure smooth operation during peak service periods.

• Collaborate with the management team to implement new menu items and improve existing recipes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional cooking experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Experience preparing and cooking Caribbean and Jamaican dishes.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Valid food handler’s license.
