Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of Jamaican dishes including Fried Chicken, Jerk Pork, Jerk Chicken, Curried Goat, Stew Chicken, and Brown Stewed Fish.
• Offer a selection of sides such as Rice and Peas, golden Fries, Festival, Pasta, or Tossed Salad.
• Provide all natural juices like pine, beetroot, and others.
• Ensure all orders are delivered promptly and accurately.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with high volume of customers.

Requirements

• Experience in preparing Jamaican cuisine preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new recipes and techniques.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Skills

• Knowledge of Jamaican cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
