HTC - Aftermarket Account Manager
About the role
HOLT Truck Centers is seeking an Aftermarket Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This position will focus on expanding our aftermarket sales and service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to enhance their satisfaction
- Manage and grow accounts within assigned territory
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless after-sales support
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote products
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
