Responsibilities
- Create a team of dynamic Aftermarket Solutions providers across the Gooseneck AOR focusing on the Aftermarket.
- Focus on the traditional Precision Ag part of the business that is now “mainstream”.
- CRM-log daily activity and communication to the store, and collect market intelligence for 150-200 assigned accounts, with a focus on the top 50 accounts.
- Manage specific product promotions quarterly, including Netwrap, grain bags, spring/fall filters, Fleetgard maps filters, grease, attachments, parts catalogs, Mitm products, Liberty Safes, and Stihl products.
- Manage winter inspection sign-ups as the point person responsible for meeting or exceeding location inspection goals.
- Optimize the features and benefits of utilizing the My John Deere Operations Center.
- Develop the “all-makes” business with Reman and A&I/Sunbelt.
- Promote and explain the advantages of Extended Warranty Powergard and Gooseneck Warranty Technology Solutions.
- Set up, train, subscribe, renew, upgrade hardware, and manage equipment “starts” with a focus on data management and Agronomy packages.
- Promote and explain the advantages of the Extended Warranty Powergard and Gooseneck Warranty Technology Solutions.
- Manage territory locations and participate in the CSI scores.
- Participate in the Gooseneck Aftermarket Account Manager Certification program.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an agricultural or turf-related role, with involvement in activities such as sales, service, training, or other related work.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Ability to represent the company in a positive manner with a professional appearance.
- Proven aptitude to make good, strong decisions.
- Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
- Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
