Who we're looking for
Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field or 5+ years of experience in aftermarket, inside sales, customer support, or parts operations.
Experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or beverage processing preferred.
Experience with ERP systems and order management processes.
Strong commercial aptitude with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred).

- Knowledge of spare parts logistics, inventory strategy, and lead time management
- Experience utilizing dashboards and reporting tools within Salesforce or other BI tools
Pricing Strategy
Support the development and execution of aftermarket parts pricing strategy.
Maintain pricing accuracy within systems and ensure alignment with margin targets.
Provide feedback on market conditions, competitive activity, and customer price sensitivity.
Salesforce & Operational Excellence
- Manage Salesforce queues for parts inquiries, quotes, and orders to ensure service level adherence.
- Monitor dashboards and KPIs related to response time, quote follow-ups, and proactive revenue growth.
Continuous Improvement
- Develop reports on inventory stock, lead time and concerns to improve turnaround time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline systems and reduce manual effort.
