About the role
The HSE-Logistics Coordinator will support DCS's Director of HSE in executing safety, environmental, and DOT compliance programs. This is a field-facing role for someone who is organized, detail-driven, and ready to be a boots-on-the-ground safety presence across a distributed workforce.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in HSE, DOT compliance, fleet safety, logistics, or a related field within oilfield services, completion services, or upstream oil & gas operations
- Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations including Driver Qualification Files, Hours of Service, ELD requirements, and DOT drug & alcohol testing
- Strong organizational and documentation skills; ability to maintain records across multiple locations and regulatory jurisdictions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams); experience with fleet telematics or ELD platforms a plus
- Valid driver's license; ability and willingness to travel 60–70% across TX, LA, and PA
- Certified Safety Officer (CSHO), OSHA 30-Hour, SafeLand USA, or equivalent safety credential; working toward ASP/CSP a plus
- CDL experience or prior CDL holder preferred
- Familiarity with dry polymer chemical handling, combustible dust protocols, or oilfield chemical services operations
- Multi-basin or multi-state field experience
