HRIS Analyst
About the role
Our team is looking for an HRIS analyst to support Dayforce and recruiting modules.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate recruiting systems for areas of improvement
- Configure and maintain the recruiting Dayforce modules
- Translate recruiting objectives and user needs into clear technical requirements
- Develop and implement process improvements and policy changes to improve efficiency
- Analyze HR data to provide organizational insights
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure HRIS systems meet organizational needs
- Build Power BI dashboards
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, human resources, or business administration
- Familiarity with any enterprise HRIS software, Dayforce experience is preferred
- Experience with recruiting modules
- Experience with Power BI is recommended
- Solid understanding of general HR processes, recruitment, and best practices
- Working knowledge of data management, data privacy, and security regulations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analytics
- Strong attention to detail
