About the Role

The HRIS Analyst II supports, maintains, and enhances Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), primarily Workday and Cornerstone, to meet the organization's evolving business needs. The role collaborates with Human Resources, IT, and business stakeholders to improve HR processes, configure and test system enhancements, develop reports, maintain data integrity, and support system integrations. This position plays a key role in optimizing HR technology while ensuring compliance, security, and accurate management of employee data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HR Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of HRIS or related experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday (required).
  • Experience with SAP (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and HR technology.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • SHRM or other HR certifications are preferred.

Requirements

  • Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday and Cornerstone HR systems.
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend HR technology solutions.
  • Configure, test, and implement system updates and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain ad hoc reports for HR and business stakeholders.
  • Retrieve HR data for audits, census reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR teams, IT, and Legal to ensure secure handling of employee information.
  • Maintain HR system data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Support HR system integrations and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Train HR users on system functionality and best practices.
  • Monitor vendor releases and evaluate system improvements.
  • Contribute to HRIS strategy and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
