About the role
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This includes data entry, system updates, and ensuring data accuracy and security. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to ensure HR processes are streamlined and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Data entry and maintenance in the HRIS system
- Updating and maintaining HRIS software
- Ensuring data accuracy and security

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HRIS management or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle, or SAP
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HRIS best practices and standards
- Experience with HRIS system integrations and data migration
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools
- Experience with HRIS system integrations and data migration

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
