Accountabilities
- Serve as a functional and technical Workday expert, supporting internal teams and implementation partners to ensure alignment with global HR processes and standards.
- Support the review, testing, implementation, training, and communication activities related to Workday deployments and system enhancements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend effective HR technology solutions.
- Aid in HR project delivery by supporting analysis, development, implementation, and ongoing system changes.
- Resolve complex HRIS issues by applying analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and creative approaches.
- Assist local teams with project requirements, employee data analysis, and organizational structure information.
- Perform detailed data analysis and manipulation using tools such as spreadsheets and Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
- Maintain confidentiality, data protection, and compliance standards while monitoring Workday releases and new functionality, assessing impacts, and recommending improvements to existing configurations.
- Develop and maintain employee guidance materials, documentation, and training resources.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities to encourage effective adoption and utilization of HR technology solutions.
- Ensure confidentiality, data protection, and compliance standards are consistently maintained.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach while building strong relationships across teams.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, and Time Tracking.
- Proven experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, testing, and system optimization.
- Experience working in HRIS, HR technology, or related functional and technical roles.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, procedures, and operational practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify process improvements.
- Experience working with HR projects, system changes, and cross-functional implementation teams.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with enterprise technology platforms.
- Ability to question existing processes, identify opportunities, and recommend modern solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR leaders, business teams, and technical partners.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of ownership, accountability, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining strong engagement with distributed teams.
