Job Summary The HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure efficient HR service delivery. This position is responsible for planning and execution of implementation projects as well as providing technical support to key users across the SF Employee Central system. is a key role primarily responsible in 2026 for leading the EC work scopes for the wider EC, ECP and UKG implementation into INEOS Pigments January 2027. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead Collaborate with colleagues across HR, Payroll and Benefits teams to gather requirements and implement a host of system changes, improvements, upgrades and implementation projects. Configuration changes in Employee Central including development of Workflows, Business Rules, Foundation Objects and MDF Objects. Review and update mappings to 3rd Party Integrations via Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Employee Central to Employee Central Payroll ECP Point to Point replication. Develop canvas and table reports in Employee Central. Provide technical support for HRIS users, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Create documentation for system processes, user guides, and training materials. Own the test plan for EC, developing test case scenarios, associated documentation and delivering Key User training to support testing for both project and BAU activities. Under the direction of the Head of HR Systems support audits, correction and new roles creation in EC Authorizations / Role-Based Permissions (RBP). Technical Skills Proficient SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with a strong understanding of operating systems. Experience developing process flows, training material and user guides to support end user adoption of new technology and/or business processes. Familiarity with requirements for working with sensitive HR data. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
