Position Overview
The HRIS Analyst will administer and support the HRIS, troubleshoot issues, and perform system enhancements in a healthcare or large enterprise environment. The role involves working in a dynamic team setting to implement and improve HR information systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of HRIS experience (HR technology, HR operations, or HR systems)
- Experience with a major HRIS platform such as PeopleSoft, iCIMS, or HealthStream
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including employee lifecycle, payroll, and benefits
- Experience supporting HRIS administration, troubleshooting, and user support
- Strong Excel and data validation skills
