Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Workday and UKG systems, troubleshooting errors and assisting end-users, along with maintaining system training resources.
- Manage and respond to technical inquiries, including security profile changes, report field adjustments, and schedule updates.
- Maintain system integrations and conduct regular audits for data accuracy and synchronization.
- Utilize Excel for large dataset audits and create EIBs, custom reports, and assist with report distributions and dashboard upkeep.
- Engage in user acceptance testing during semi-annual Workday and UKG Pro Workforce Management Feature Releases to ensure workflow stability.
- Lead HCM projects involving system configuration, testing, and go-live support, assisting in performance and compensation cycle management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of HRIS experience, specifically focusing on Workday.
- Experience with UKG, ADP, and other HRIS platforms is advantageous.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Strong commitment to data integrity and operational stability.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage and resolve technical support tickets.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with HR and Compensation teams.
