Responsibilities
- Action tickets provided by the field, which lead to performing accurate HRIS data entry, research, and reporting in collaboration with the HRIS team.
- Deliver advanced data analysis and executive-level reporting with impactful visualizations.
- Configure system functions to support key HR areas such as compensation, compliance, time management, and payroll.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all employee data in line with company policies and regulations.
- Create and manage routine and ad hoc reports to track HR metrics and trends.
- Partner with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot and enhance system functionality through configuration testing and promote them to production.
- Support HRIS upgrades, testing, and system integrations to ensure optimal performance.
- Train end-users on system capabilities and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve HRIS processes and reporting.
- Stay current on HRIS trends to bring innovation and value to the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in HR, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of HRIS experience at the enterprise level, with hands-on data and system administration.
- SuccessFactors (SAP) experience, including Time Management Module, is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools (especially Power BI).
- Strong preference for certifications in HRIS, HR compliance, compensation, or project management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Pay
$76,500 - $103,500 / year
This role is a remote position.

Qualifications
- BS/BA in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of HRIS experience at the enterprise level.
- SuccessFactors (SAP) experience, including Time Management Module.

- Strong certification in HRIS, HR compliance, compensation, or project management.
