The Role

Analyzes company needs and works with vendors and/or programmers to design system specifications.
Implements and maintains specially designed human resources information systems and related policies and procedures designed to obtain, record, and process employee information.
Recommends, implements, and plans for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to the system.
Provides retrieval ability to produce employee information for analysis and decision making, statistical data, and other employee-related reports as required.
Maintains, develops, and revises all manuals, tables, code lists, and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Supports several functional applications.
  • Combines Human Resource knowledge with information retrieval skills.

Requirements

  • Must Have:
    • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in Human Resource, Business, Finance, IT or Industrial Engineering.
    • -or-
    • Master’s degree or above with 0 years of relevant professional experience.
    • Nice to Have:
      • Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in Human Resource, Business, Finance, IT or Industrial Engineering.
      • -or-
      • Master’s degree or above with 2 years of relevant professional experience.

    Qualifications

    • Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting, Employee Central, or related HCM system highly preferred.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on Excel.
    • Strong analytical and technical skills.

    Skills

    • Knowledge of Human Resource systems.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
    • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office.
