HRIS Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Act as primary resource for Human Resources in supporting CoxHealth HRIS systems and the primary liaison between the IS and HR departments as well as other departments and vendors.
• Work with the business area and/or project teams to assess needs for various business functions, translate business functional requirements into technical specifications, and recommend appropriate scope of requirements.

Requirements

• Education: Required – Bachelor’s in a related field; Preferred – Master’s of Business Administration.
• Experience: 1–2 years of related experience.

Skills

• Strong analytical/problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of current information technology and ability to lead project teams to accomplish automation projects of large size and complexity.
• Proficient in all Microsoft programs; high‑level proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
• Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision‑making, and planning skills.
