About the role
Greene Resources is seeking a HR & Workforce Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team! This role sits at the intersection of people’s operations and fast-paced manufacturing support. You will own the day-to-day coordination between our organization and contingent workforce agencies, keep HR operations running smoothly on-site, and serve as a reliable partner to the broader HR team.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with contingent staffing agencies — coordinating candidate flow, scheduling start classes, and ensuring associates are set up for day one.
- Own onboarding coordination for new contingent associates, including documentation, orientation logistics, and early communication with agency partners.
- Track and review attendance data on a regular basis, identify patterns, and escalate issues to the appropriate team members.
- Support HR investigations by gathering documentation, scheduling conversations, and maintaining accurate records throughout the process.
- Assist the HR team with ongoing projects, reporting needs, and operational priorities as they evolve.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for agency partners and associates on general HR questions and logistics.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of HR, staffing coordination, or workforce operations experience.
- Comfortable working in Excel for tracking, reporting, and basic data management.
- Strong communicator — clear and professional with both agency partners and associates on the floor.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple open items without losing track.
- Experience working in or comfortable in a manufacturing, logistics, or high-volume production environment.
- Able to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience coordinating contingent or temporary workforce programs.
- Familiarity with HR investigations or employee relations processes.
- Experience working within a startup or high-growth environment where processes are still being built.
