About the role

The HR Technology Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for managing system implementations and enhancements throughout the project lifecycle within the HR system landscape. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while working effectively with the functional and technical teams to identify problems and develop solutions. This role will support global projects including team members and stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including scope, schedule, cost and quality
  • Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple small/large-scale projects throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee project teams' day-to-day project work and ensure they are on task
  • Review and manage deliverables across projects
  • Develop communication, testing, and change management plans
  • Manage scope and mitigate risk across multiple projects
  • Manage communication with sponsors, stakeholders, and management, including senior leaders and executives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience supporting HR technology or information systems
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information System, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Management, or related field preferred
  • Global professional work experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset
  • Demonstrates strong sense of ownership, urgency and adaptability
  • Strong understanding of HR process and systems and AI-enabled solutions preferred
  • Self-driven and excellent learning ability
  • Current PMP or pursuing PMP certification preferred
  • 3+ years of project management, HR technology, and/or information systems experience
