HR Talent Acquisition Partner - Nursing Recruitment

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) manages job searches from requisition to offer extension, supporting the acquisition of top talent and new employee orientation.

Responsibilities

• Conducts department-specific interviews to assess candidate viability and gather information.
• Reviews Position Information reports, Job Descriptions, and conducts intake sessions with hiring managers.
• Posts positions to the website and determines pay rates based on position grades, quartiles, and internal equity.
• Extends formal offers, addresses counter-offers, and documents requisitions in the ATS.
• Manages applications within 5 business days, evaluates talent pools, and supports departmental staffing challenges.
• Initiates search plans and contributes to sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of HR or healthcare recruitment experience preferred

Skills

• Knowledge of MS Office programs
• Understanding of federal and state employment laws
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
