HR Supervisor

The HR Supervisor is responsible in overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources department and ensures the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. The role involves supervising HR staff, coordinating with management and department heads, and supporting organizational goals through efficient people management and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company rules and regulationsOversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processesHandle employee relations concerns, disciplinary actions, and grievance proceduresMonitor employee attendance, leave administration, and performance documentationEnsure compliance with labor laws, DOLE requirements, and statutory regulationsCoordinate with department heads and management on manpower planning and HR initiativesPrepare HR reports, documentation, and records for management review and auditsAssist in training, engagement activities, and organizational development programs Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management or related courseAt least 2 years of experience as HR Officer or HR GeneralistGood communication skills, both written and verbalProficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)Knowledgeable in AI tools such as ChatGPT, etc.Highly process-oriented with good analytical skillsKnowledgeable in government regulations and guidelines (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and DOLE) Join Our Team We're always growing and looking for new talent.
