Join a growing healthcare organization where you will play a key role in supporting physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams across multiple medical practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and policy development.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to leadership while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, healthcare regulations, and HR best practices.
- Understanding and addressing the unique challenges of physician practices.
- Balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR management experience within a physician group, medical practice, or healthcare organization (physician office experience required).
- Strong knowledge of federal and Arizona labor and employment laws, HR compliance, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, wage and hour regulations, and employee relations.
- Experience supporting multi-site healthcare operations and collaborating with physicians and practice leaders.
- Proven success recruiting and retaining clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- PHRS, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
Compensation
$90,000 base salary + performance bonus potential up to $30,000
Location
Mesa or Phoenix, AZ (100% Onsite)
