About the Role

The HR Manager / Coordinator is a hybrid Human Resources and Operations position responsible for supporting both HR functions and daily administrative operations. The role works closely with management to improve organizational efficiency, coordinate HR activities, streamline business processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, Administration, or Operations.
  • Experience supporting management and coordinating office operations.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and growing organization is an advantage.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
