We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and strategic Sr. HR Manager to join our thriving sales organization. This role will be integral in shaping our company's culture, aligning it with our business strategies and managing our most valuable asset - our people.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our company's business goals.
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior management, providing expert advice on all HR matters.
- Oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Develop and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Nurture a positive working environment and lead initiatives to promote and maintain high employee engagement.
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met.
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning.
- Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions. Ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. A Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of human resource management experience is required, preferably in the sales industry.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proficient with HRIS and talent management systems.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale and create a welcoming workplace.
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desirable.
