Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures consistent with company standards and legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR matters.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Cookordinate employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Lead initiatives for employee training, development, and performance management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required if accompanied by relevant experience and demonstrated competence in HR management.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is advantageous.
