About the role
The Human Resources Specialist supports the Human Resources and Distribution team. Duties include employee relations counseling, assisting with employee development, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing time and attendance.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for employee relations counseling and investigations.
- Aid in committee facilitation and employee communication.
- Assist and/or conduct employee development and training.
- Implement human resource policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements and reporting.
- Support employee safety, wellness, and health programs.
- Assist with benefit enrollments.
- Conduct new hire onboarding.
- Manage time and attendance.
- Develop HR goals, objectives, and processes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources or equivalent education/training.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR)-HRCI preferred.
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Attention to detail, organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish required.

Pay
$25.00 - $34.65 per hour
Schedule
Sunday to Wednesday 6:00PM – 2:00AM (open and potentially flexible schedule)
