About the role
The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting the company’s human resources needs. This includes managing employee relations, conducting performance evaluations, and assisting with recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and conduct performance evaluations
- Assist with recruitment efforts including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing job descriptions
- Handle employee inquiries and complaints
- Administer benefits programs and handle related paperwork
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in HR or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
