HR Specialist

About the role

The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting the company’s human resources needs. This includes managing employee relations, conducting performance evaluations, and assisting with recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and conduct performance evaluations
• Assist with recruitment efforts including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing job descriptions
• Handle employee inquiries and complaints
• Administer benefits programs and handle related paperwork
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in HR or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
