HR Specialist

About the role

This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and enjoys being involved in the full employee lifecycle. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of HR experience and strong experience with ADP Workforce Now, particularly with new hire onboarding, orientation, I-9 and E-Verify, along with a solid understanding of employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage new hire onboarding and employee orientation
• Process and maintain I-9s and E-Verify
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for onboarding and employee records
• Assist with employee relations and day-to-day HR questions
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and documentation
• Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance
• Partner with managers and employees to ensure a positive employee experience
• Assist with other HR projects and administrative responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on HR experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, or similar role
• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required
• Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Hands-on experience with onboarding, orientation, I-9 and E-Verify
• Experience handling employee relations
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization

Qualifications

• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus

Pay

$65,000 to $75,000 + Bonus

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 100% In Office
