About the role
This role provides comprehensive support across Human Resources teams located in North America and local office operations, serving as a key resource for employees and management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the professional and effective delivery of Human Resources support services for the Parsippany Office and its employees
- Support Payroll Manager – assist in payroll processing, including but not limited to timesheet accuracy, auditing, and reporting. This position will serve as backup for the processing of all US and Canadian payroll groups
- Benefits administration – assist with the processing and reconciliation of benefits invoices for the US and Canada, assist with benefits orientation, open enrollment, and wellness activities
- Serves as a resource and support to Business Partners across our NA offices
- Member of Engagement Committee – participates in the planning of office activities and rollout of Corporate Campaigns/Events
- Creator and coordinator of all internal office communications
- Coincide with regular and ad hoc HR reporting to Corporate Headquarters for North America subsidiaries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years HR experience (generalist, recruitment, HRIS, HR admin, etc.)
- ERP systems experience with HR modules (SAP preferred - PA20, PA30, PA40, PPOME, ad-hoc Queries)
- Payroll System familiarity – Dayforce/Ceridian a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate with a multi-cultural / international workforce
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience dealing with sensitive data
- Excellent computer skills - MS Office with emphasis on Excel, Canva

- Salary range of $70,000–$80,000, commensurate with experience
