Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and driven HR Specialist to join our team at Garden Spring Rehab and Care Center in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment of CNAs, Nurses, and other Healthcare Professionals
• Manage records and information
• Heavy outbound/inbound phone calls
• Job Postings
• Setting up interviews
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment or nursing homes
• Must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer literate
