The Job
Serves the workforce by providing day-to-day HR services to team members and leadership, assists with recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, benefits and leave administration, HRIS and personnel records, policy interpretation, compliance, and employee engagement.
Serves as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for staff while helping ensure HR practices are consistent with hospital policies and applicable employment regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience is preferred; healthcare HR experience is a plus.
- Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations, understanding of payroll best practices, ability to deal sensitively with confidential material, decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills, organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Knowledge of Ceridian/Dayforce HRIS/Payroll system is preferred.
