HR Specialist
for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map content accordingly. We have: - About the role: Description of Work paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: Minimum Required Qualifications (maybe as Requirements). Could also split into Requirements and Qualifications but we can combine. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications. - Benefits: About Us benefits list. - Pay: Posted Salary. - Schedule: maybe Work Type Full-Time? Not explicit schedule; we have "Job Type Full-Time". Could include Schedule section with "Full-time". But we should only include if posting actually states them. It does state Job Type Full-Time. So we can include Schedule: Full-time. Also Work Location: Could be included maybe as a paragraph under About the role or separate? Not a defined heading; we could add a
for location. We must not invent placeholder text. Ensure we don't include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title. Not include Job ID etc. We must remove duplicated EEO statements. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

Work Location: Lincoln, NE
We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "EEO Statement", "How to Apply", etc. Also we included note about sponsorship. Good. Check for any duplicated content: we included description of work paragraph; we didn't repeat the "About Us" paragraph besides benefits list. The "About Us" also had introductory sentences: "At the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, we’re proud to be consistently recognized by Forbes as a top employer and certified as a Family Friendly Workplace. We are known for our welcoming, supportive environment, commitment to professional growth, and outstanding benefits. UNL isn’t just a workplace; it’s a place to build your career and make a meaningful impact in Nebraska. When you join our team as a full-time, regular staff member, you’ll enjoy:" That's substantive but we could incorporate into Benefits section preamble. However we already have Benefits list; we could add abefore the list describing that. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that descriptive text. We can add a
before the
- under Benefits.
Similarly, we might want to keep the line "Learn more about UNL benefits and your total compensation at: https://go.unl.edu/aboutus" but that's a link; it's substantive but maybe considered boilerplate? It's a reference link; could be kept. However it's not essential; but we should preserve. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. That link is not boilerplate; it's a reference. We could keep as a

with the link. But we must not include application instructions. That link is not application instruction; it's informational. So we can include. Thus Benefits section:

then list. Add link after list maybe. Similarly, we might want to keep the line "Learn more about UNL benefits and your total compensation at: https://go.unl.edu/aboutus". We'll add as aafter list. Now check for any other substantive info: "Posting Open Date 09/21/2026", "Application Review Date: 10/05/2026", "Posting Close Date Open Until Filled Yes". Those are dates; they might be considered metadata but not job title or requisition. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we could include a short paragraph with posting dates. However they said "fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." It's optional. We could include a
with the dates. But we need to decide if it's substantive. It's not critical but could be kept. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the dates. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding a small paragraph for dates is okay. We could add a
under maybe a heading like "Posting Information" but we don't have a heading for that. Could just add a
after Schedule or before Work Location. But we must not create a heading unless we have real specific content for it. We could just add a
with the dates. Let's add after Schedule:
Posting open: 09/21/2026; Review date: 10/05/2026; Open until filled.
Now check for any other substantive: "Position funded by grant or other form of temporary funding? No". That's metadata; could be included as short note. Might be considered minor; we could drop. The instruction says fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. We could include a short line. But we already have many sections; adding more may be okay but we should prefer few substantive sections. However the dates are minor; we could drop them to keep sections few. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe drop the dates. The posting dates are not essential to the job description; they are administrative. I'd drop them. Similarly "Job Category (old) Managerial/Professional", "Job Type Full-Time" we used for Schedule. "Alternate Work Schedule (if other than 8-5)" blank; we can ignore. "Work Location (City, State) Lincoln, NE" we included as a paragraph. "Position funded by grant or other form of temporary funding? No" we could drop. "If Temporary, indicate end date" blank. "Planned Hire Date: Appointment End Date Supplemental Questions" etc drop. Thus final HTML:
