HR Specialist

In Human Resources at Main Campus Lee Building Work schedule will be Full-time on the Day Shift, M-F 8AM-4:30PM. Summary: Performs a wide variety of duties related to recruitment and retention of key talent for Children’s of Alabama. Other Information: Knowledge of PCs and the ability to use various software packages to include Excel and Word. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work independently and multi task. Knowledge of using general Office Equipment. Credentials With Equivalent Qualifications: Education with Equivalent Qualifications: Nonessential: Bachelors of Science or Arts in Human Resources Management Nonessential: Experience with Equivalent Qualifications: 1 Year job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of HR Employment Schedule: M-F 8AM-4:30PM, Day Shift, Monday-Friday Standard Days
