Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting across exempt and non-exempt roles
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans
Career coordination and development
Coordinate job postings, screen candidates, and schedule interviews
Lead onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless new hire experience
Represent the organization at recruiting and community events
Process biweekly payroll utilizing Paylocity
Maintain and update employee records and payroll data
Serve as the primary resource for payroll questions and discrepancies
Ensure payroll accuracy and policy compliance
Administer employee benefits programs and open enrollment
Guide employees on benefit options and inquiries
Manage billing, invoices, and reconciliations
Administer leave programs in compliance with regulations and payroll integration
Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems
Support policy review and ensure consistent application across departments
Audit, reporting, and regulatory compliance
Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making
Foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture
Requirements
Basic Qualifications/Skills:
Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in banking, financial services, or another regulated industry
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent preferred
Core Competencies:
Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and timeliness
High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information
Experience with HRIS systems and payroll platforms (Paylocity strongly preferred)
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with strong judgment and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Pay Range: $55,000 to $65,000 annually Compensation Is Commensurate With Experience And Qualifications.
