Position: Human Resources Specialist Location: Santa Clara, CA Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. Our global headquarters are located in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales, and manufacturing locations globally. We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to be based in our Santa Clara location. This role will support Human Resources initiatives for our US Sales team and provide employee support to our teams across the United States - primarily in Santa Clara, CA. Responsibilities Provide onsite HR support for the Santa Clara based team and the Sales organization in areas such as data-entry, compliance matters, reporting, immigration, and document managementPrepare written employee notices, hire sheets, and Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) related to new hires, supervisor and role changes, and terminationsSupport the preparation, tracking, and management of immigration cases under HR Manager and attorney supervisionGenerate HR reports and assist with other compliance related initiatives as needed (ISO and KPI reporting)Support onboarding, I-9 verification and employee 1st day initiativesSupport employee engagement and HR initiatives within the facilityBe the problem-solver and remain comfortable with new tasks as they arise, while keeping a focus on the customerPerform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned, in alignment with the evolving needs of the business.Support coordination of Sales training initiativesAbility to travel support business travel as needed (every 8-10 weeks) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field3-5 years of Human Resources experience, with prior experience working on immigration cases preferredAbility to handle confidential information, manage competing priorities and show a strong attention to detailAbility to work autonomously while providing support to multiple locationsStrong problem-solving, communication and organizational skillsIntermediate proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new computer applicationsAbility to maintain confidentiality in interactions with employees and managers Amphenol Corporation is proud of our reputation as an excellent employer.
