About the role

This job performs the day-to-day operational function of the assigned HR Shared Services team providing front and back-end operational support to the Highmark Health Enterprise. Must have experience with high volume case management, leave of absence experience, and experience with coding time in UKG.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately perform day-to-day transactional and administrative processes in support of the assigned HR Shared Services team.
  • Responsible for timely completion of fulfillment activities and customer inquiries.
  • Perform scheduled audits related to regulatory compliance and policy provisions specific to assigned HR Shared team initiatives and programs.
  • Complete projects and studies as needed, utilizing professional judgment and professional knowledge.
  • Maintain detailed process/procedure documentation and update, as needed.
  • Meet customer commitments on-time. Ensure KPI customer satisfaction levels remain high from both internal staff and external customers.
  • Participate as a team member in the requirements, design, and testing of new systems, enhancements to existing systems, and production support.
  • Identify and escalate issues to HR systems support teams for analysis and resolution.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

  • Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field.
  • Required 3 years progressive experience in one (1) or more of the following TR disciplines: broad-based Compensation, Health & Welfare and Retirement Benefits Programs, Leave Administration, Talent Acquisition Operations, Audit and Regulatory Compliance.

Qualifications

  • Preferred Workday experience.
  • Transactional function responsibility experience.

Skills

  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations that govern the activities of the assigned HR Shared Services functional area.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives.
  • Excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation and planning skills.
  • Detail oriented and self-motivated professional.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Minimum $27.02 Pay Range Maximum $41.85 Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential.
